With the expansion of Liberty Service Center, citizens are getting 14 different facilities including Driving License, Police Character Certificate, Tenant Registration in a few minutes with a clean environment and citizen friendly staff!

MY FOOT. I am witness; Police is Rudely treating public during whole process. Yesterday, I saw an SHO at Johar Town Khidmat Center abusing people & rudely treating them. My Message for Such Police Servants: This department meant to serve public as You are Public Servant. You are not Public owner or Ruler. Keep in your mind Public pay your salary from their own pocket.

I visited the same day when this video was shot. I needed a "Lost Report" for my lost document of motorcycle registration. They did not serve me and trolled me like a football for an hour. No one on the counters was ready to facilitate me. They were saying that the system is not working, but infact, the system was working and the process was difficult, so they did not serve me. I am not saying the launched system is a failure, but they should serve who comes at their doorstep.

My personal experience at Allama Iqbal khidmat centre was annoying. The Inspector INCHARGE is most care free ,even the staff misguide the visitor. This centre needs immediate attention. Personal I don't expect good from these centres
