5 siung Bawang merah
3 siung Bawang putih
2 sdm minyak sayur
Saus
3 sdm Kecap manis
4 sdm Kecap asin
1 sdm Saus tiram
1 sdm shaoxing wine
1 sdm gula palem
1 sdt Minyak wijen
1 sdm kaldu jamur bubuk
1/4 sdt bubuk ngohiong
1 sdt lada

1/4 tsp five spices powder
