Can I ask why Q22 the answer wasn't A? Because based on my knowledge, its alkali that negative because it shows accepting electron and acid is positive

For acids and alkalis, it's about donating and accepting "protons" and not "electrons". It's stated in the first sentence of the question that "Acids are compounds which donate protons(hydrogen ions)". So for option A which is ammonia, you can see that it has accepted a proton and became NH4+. That's why it's an alkali and just a hint, ammonia is a famous alkali so you can guess that it's not an acid. For water (H2O), it donated its proton(H+ ion) and became OH-. That's why it's considered as an acid.
