Guardo lembranças muito carinhosas tb quando pudemos viajar juntos e ter a felicidade de poder cantar algumas vezes as músicas desse disco com o Igor e o Sepultura! told Revolver that Paulo was “the only musician that didn’t improve much” during the classic Sepult-era, even going so far as to allege that Paulo didn’t record any of the bass tracks on any Sep releases prior to Roots. I didn’t think much of it at the time; for one thing, I don’t think that Paulo is anyone’s favorite member of Sepultura, and for another thing, even though it might seem weird that Max is asserting that for roughly a decade the band has a bass player so untalented that he couldn’t record his album tracks and no one ever thought to replace him, I’m sad to say that I’ve heard stories like that before, so it actually seemed entirely plausible.

@@jumpfart666 i don't think that's the case. If not, he wouldn't be able to play live or the sepulquadra sessions. I think it's what happens in bands, people pick on the member who's contribution is smaller and diminish his input.

So happy you finally have a channel. My favourite metal drummer from the moment I watched the dvd of the Arise tour in Barcelona, you make a comment like "if you want to play metal, you have to hit hard"... you have an honesty and intensity about your playing that I found really inspiring. Antichrist is a prime example of this, particularly the live version "Anti-cop", possibly my favourite live recording of all time, because you can hear in the recording just how hard and precisely you are playing, the kick and snare blast through the mix like a machine gun. Thankyou Iggor. Peace.

That was rad! Super good version of that song. Gave me goosebumps jamming it on my headphones this morning at work. Thank you very much Iggor for carrying on and kicking so much ass on the drums. Your drumming has been an inspiration sense the early 90s when I first found Sepultura. I’ve been following all you and max’s recordings ever sense. It was also super cool to see you two jamming with Jairo again on video. Hopefully that can happen more often. Anyhow, thank you from Central Oregon!

Igor, isso foi incrível cara. Vcs continuam destruindo. Tive oportunidade de vê-los tocando no show do Cavalera Conspirancy, aqui em minha cidade - Belém - PA, em 2014. Foi a realização de um sonho. Já que não pude ver um show do Sepultura original, fiquei feliz em ver vc e o Max juntos novamente. Parabéns e abraços!
