@@ncmariofan3605 The face matches are very easy if you take a picture of it before it starts. Even in the harder ones, where more of the picture disappears, you can take a few pictures as it fades. You can then keep referring back to the pics as you place the pieces. But yeah, it is hard if you choose to do it by memory.

Today I just managed to get all the moons and collectibles. I feel so proud despite the fact that I glitched the Jump Rope challenge and used a guide to find anything that i missed. It is an easy game to finish, hard to get 100% though.

That 5 round fight isn't quite as bad if you realize that going inside the Odyssey auto heals Mario. Simply warp back to the Odyssey checkpoint between rounds and heal if needed. Its a bit tedious walking back up the tower, but in the long run it makes the fight as a whole more manageable.

Okay, the 5 quick kill methods are as follows: Green: first hit him 3 times quickly and jump on his head, then quickly jump on the hat he is in, afterwards just continue hitting him until he's about to do the spin attack, when he does jump on him, rinse and repeat Metal: stand close to her for her to move back, when she throws her bombs move back and hit them at her direction, then stomp her, when she gets into her hat quickly go towards the middle then towards where she went, quickly hit the bomb underneath her, rinse and repeat Purple: quickly hit him and jump on his head, wait till he stops spinning in his cap and stomp him, rinse and repeat Tall: this one is extremely easy in moon, hit his cap the first time stomp his head, when animation of him getting into his head is done stomp him, when he reappears he wont have his cap for a short moment, stomp him then, remember to keep yourself in the air after each jump, rinse and repeat Mecha: okay this one is extremely difficult if not for the moon physics, simply capture the thing you need to destroy it's leg, destroy the one you see, uncapture, cap dive yourself back to the top of it, do it a second time as he will blow you back, wait for an oppurtune moment to stomp one of the ones on the side, leave the top one for last for ease sake, then do the whole cap dive thing again, rinse and repeat

at around 40 plus jumps you'll be maintaining a single and double jump loop .The moment mario hits the ground is the moment you smash the jump button. You basically focus on timing Mario's jumping and not the rope at that point.

the walking in a circle moon is easy. Just look at the surroundings and use it as a guide. I scored a 93 on my first try and celebrated by boning my wife.

The circle one on the moon was arguably the most difficult, but even then it took me only about 3 attempts to get right. Just have to spot the landmarks of where to walk over/stay right/stay left and use the R-stick to do your turning while holding forward on the L-stick.

Probably because the exact same challenge exists earlier in the game and you could use Cappy for that, so they don't realize that there is a second version of the challenge later. It's also something you'd pass by even if you were to finish the game. So I think a better answer is that people haven't played enough of the post game to notice.

These aren't so bad, honestly. Even the golden koopa isn't programmed to run the most effective route. You can figure out a consistently faster route for pretty much every race. Once you figure this out, these stars become more like puzzles than races, which is better.

I'm not crazy about these koopa races. I'm saving those for last. I have many worlds completed, except for those races

There's actually a triple heart on the dark side of the moon. You have to throw cappy at one of the grey/white veggies near the bridge that brings you to the brodals matches. It saved me SO much time once I found that dang heart because I didn't have to keep traveling from world to world.

What I did was get a mega heart and after every fight I would go back to the odyssey (like actually inside it) and it would recharge my health. The only downside is you have to go all the way back to the designated area

If you talk to Captain Toad and get his Power Moon, your health is completely restored before the final fight. I did that on my second attempt, which helped me defeat the last boss.

That's what I did. It's good to note that you don't capture the big bullet bill on the top level. Rather, capture the big bullet bill on the bottom level.

He's missing his hat on that one, as you need a scarecrow to open the area. (There are two versions of the level, one with the hat, one without)

It’s not that bad of a pain to get 100 because you can glitch a letter out of bounds from the park and put it in between the jump rope and quickly exit and land on top of the letter. Stay still until your desired number and exit. To do this, prop a letter besides M facing west and the M facing north. Use the motorbike and get to where the M was standing. Run towards the M and jump then dismount and make sure it is propped up tilted almost ninety degrees. Carefully move the M towards the letter until it clips into the letter and capture the letter and depending how you did it, you should fling out of bounds or be free.

Totally agree with rope genius. It's by far the most frustrating moon to get. l spent hours to get 100 jumps and i still didn't manage to pass beyond 69 jumps! And the constant repeat process makes you feel like you're not progressing at all

DekuLord althought i think that the beach volleyball moon is equaly frustrating than the rope genius, if not more. For the rope genius, you have to get a rythm for the jump and keep it once it reach max speed. The volleyball send random rebound and any lose is because you miss the ball by an inche

@@gracetaylor8063 you have ro play up til glydon (skip the walljump part by just staying on the elevating platforn with the scsrcrow). Capture glydon. Once the last or second last air tower shake the retomte while being lifted by the air flow. You should gain insane hight. Skae your controller to keep altitude and go around everything and thats it.

that's a glitch and it's really hard to do now, because they (kinda) patched it. or you can fly as a frog to the end of the level

i thought jump rope was fairly easy to get to 100 maybe because I have pretty good rhythm. But I still don't have the volleyball moon and probably never will!

Matthew George for the volleyball try staying close to the center and just throwing Cappy at the shadow of the ball. With accurate throws you can get over 100 in no time. (Also other people have just gone in to 2 player and used Cappy, because he's faster and can change direction on a dime. But that didn't work for me)

I hated that level. Some people probably had fun (like me at first) but I got sick after 3 or 4 tries. I did manage to complete it though (and 100% complete the game) so I recommend to keep on trying!

In Snow Kingdom, not only the ice can slip up your score. You have to walk in a triangle instead of a circle, unlike the Sand and Moon Kingdoms.

+The D0cktor i thought the volleyball moon was a lot more frustrating. problem with that moon is it takes a few minutes to get to max speed. i messed up that challenge at 97 and 99 and was so mad. with the skipping rope challenge, at least it's easy to start again and have another go because it's so fast. i also found it easier- the trick is to watch the skipping rope just before it sweeps under mario, and listen to the woman saying "hey!", and you will fall into a rhythm of tapping A at the right time.

Not me. I did it on my first try! After getting the harder of the 2 power moons, I ground-pounded and destroyed any sherms remaining. When I didn’t have enough time to get to the other side, I went back to the non-vanishing road. Tip: if you know you’re going to run out of time, go back.

Breakdown Road drained my hopes of 100%.
