Brazil is awesome. i came back from a vacation. Rio and Salavador de Bahia were great. But the one true highlight was IGUAZU !!

Anyone old enough to remember Ron Elys Tarzan from the 60s this is where the opening sequence was filmed with him stood on a rock before the famous Tarzan call..just a bit of trivia for those interested.

Santa Cruz: El Calafate with Perito Moreno Glacier; El Chalten and Mount Fitz Roy. Aconcagua Mountain in Mendoza. Plenty of other places in Chubut and Rio Negro. Thanks for the video!

Drew, my visit was at the end of the rainy season (mid March). This is considered relatively high flow, and should be usual for the season. Best regards :)

Come to Paraguay. You can visit the dunes of Yacyreta Island, the Monda'y Falls, the Jesuit reductions, Ojo de Mar, White Lagoon, the Pantanal and the Cerro Cora National Park, which has some very particular rock formations.

Just caught up with this one Milosh, magnificent as always. Did your visit coincide with a particularly high flow, or is that their "usual" volume do you know? I note the brown streaks in some of the falls and it reminded me of how some desert rivers in Utah look after rain..

If you rent a car, the border crossing is fast. Keep in mind that the Argentinian side requires more time as the trails there are longer
