Aleksey refers to the special local pronunciation of the “L” but performs an artificial yiddish accent, which in general is not at all similar to austrian pronunciation. the pronunciation refers to the lyrics. very funny. he is introduced as Dragomir Strauss, unknown composer living in vienna.
