It might seem weird, but my main problem with Jojo's look is she's wearing death metal style corpse paint that's HORRIBLY executed. With makeup that bold you really need an artist who knows what the hell they're doing, and whoever did Jojo's makeup that day was a total hack.

Someone in twitter put it nicely Jojo Siwa's rebrand is basically the same Jojo Siwa kids bop aesthetic but desaturated and made edgy. It still looks kiddish and obnoxious but now in black colors and "edgy" by kids definition.

I'm sure it has less to do with being old, which I bet you aren't, and more to do with not being a fan of reality TV. JoJo Siwa was on Dance Moms as a child and really became a break-out star because of her bubbly personality and charisma, I guess. She has had all kinds of merchandise under her name and brand and came out as LGBTQ+ in the last couple of years. She is definitely traveling a bumpy road. Now you know what I know and probably way more than you wanted to know. 😊

You should know that people are going hard on her also because of some recent allegations about what her and her mother put some very young girls through, on a working level, it seems by many accounts that it was a toxic environment and that the kids were verbally abused, overworked and underpaid. Obviously this is just the basis of the situation to make you understand why some may feel too hard on their comments. So her rebrand is probably going even worse than what they could have expected because of what happened in the last few weeks.

I feel like the implication is that Jojo needs to show she is grown up by wearing revealing and tight gowns, showing more skin, and wearing a more traditional feminine silhouette. I hope she can find a way to be chic while still being modest and a bit masc, if that is what she wants.

Crazy but I don’t love Beyonce’s outfit. It feels a bit “cliche cowboy” but with expensive finishes and fabric. It fits well and it looks expensive but I don’t find it that interesting. Reminds me of Lit Nas but with less “bling”, lol. That actual country lady singer had a much better outfit. It was super elegant and far far more unique and still felt country without being repetitive 🤷🏻‍♀️

Heard Beyoncé is dropping a cowboy-themed album. Honestly, not my jam, but cheers to her! I’m big on cowboy fashion, boots and fringes are my staples. Living in Baja California where the desert meets the sea, old West vibes are totally my thing! Though I respect her fans, I'm honestly feeling the Bey overload in my fashion feeds. That vintage Versace cowboy outfit though? Absolute fire! Spot-on styling, but honestly, a little less Bey would be a breath of fresh air in my daily fashion digest.

It's still a Bikini with a hugely expensive designer if so, wrap or robe. call it old fashioned if you like, underwear should be 99% not meant to be seen Unless.. and mostly for the top. my opinion. Still watching...she's almost in my competition for Stripper-level outfit. But hey, it's a Music awards anything goes.
