Passion is spewing out of Jonathan! Wonderful to see him acknowledged. He is talented, gifted, smart, humble…and to do this kind of theatre brings an audience so much joy, but he’s had to work jolly damn hard. Lovely to see him hold the statuette. 🐑🐑🇳🇿🇳🇿NZ

Every year, I watch ALL the awards shows....hoping and praying to hear a TRULY magical and transformative acceptance speech....and THIS WAS IT ! THIS is what it is all about....the absolute JOY of doing GREAT WORK that you TRULY LOVE and BELIEVE IN ! Kudos to you, Jonathan !

I talked to Jonathan at Spring Awakening stage door right after 2007 Tonys..told him sorry he hadn't won...he said the kindest words about David Hyde Pierce...incredibly gracious! So glad he finally won 😊 congratulations, Jonathan 🎉
