IHS Automotive recently reviewed the all-new 2014 Acura RLX Advance with AcuraLink. AcuraLink now features three different apps that allow users to control and monitor a wide range of vehicle functions right from their smartphone. When a phone is paired via Bluetooth, the system can play Pandora internet radio or any number of channels tied to the user's Aha Radio account though the RLX's optional 14-speaker, 450-watt Krell premium audio system. The dual display infotainment system allows the user to view navigation, phone, or audio information on the upper 8-inch screen while controlling the content from a lower 7-inch touchscreen or via a small rotary controller on the center stack. A number of safety features are on-hand as well to offer as close to an autonomous driving experience as is currently available on the market today. All in all, the 2014 Acura RLX has a lot to offer from a Japanese luxury sedan.
