This video is a re-enactment by actors and not a recording of the actual interview. However it is based on a Real Life interview.
This interview experience is of Mr. Rohan Jain while he was applying for admission at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (MBA Institute) for its PGP course.
Rohan Jain has Graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur in the year 2015 with a CGPA of 9.3
He did his PGP from IIM Ahmedabad (2015-2017)
In 2017, he joined the Boston Consulting Group, India and is currently working as the Senior Associate there.

Getting 9.3 Cgpa from IIT Kanpur and even that from Computer Science is not very easy. The pressure is as much as EQUAL getting into top 300 rankers from. IIT JEE. He must have been a very nerdy guy.

It's all about which sperm and egg combine to form best baby.. All about dna and environment. We all work hard and we all want to be successful.. But we are nothing in front of nature.. And it's nothing good or bad.. It's just what it is.. It's the people who interpret things, unnecessarily stress upon each other to excel..while nothing is really in our hands..

Typically between 10 minutes to 30 minutes... however while making a video all the pauses and other non essential moments are removed to keep it watchable...

I am surprised that they selected you based on your interview or you iit computer science background. After watching this interview I think they selected you because you are from top tech school in India. For me interview is meaningless when they ask these simple questions in selection procedure. I am sorry for all non iit graduate who will be rejected because they r from non iit college .

Hahaha nothing as such. I believe a successful person is more likely to be more novelist with his ideas, creativity and ofcourse has to be a hard working individual. Remember it’s not college that decides your future but your ambitions. Robots, yes if you do your daily work you will be classified as an average worker, which is obviously somewhat robotic in nature. If you do a little more than asked for then you might end up being an above average. But if you decide to reform the current structure with your learnings, I am sure you will be a desired one. Process and product improvisations is a continuous process just like any human. 2015: an average engineering college pass out 2015-16: had a surgery and a bed rest for a year 2018: an MBA from SIBM bengaluru Currently: bagged PPO from JPMorgan and pursuing singing as well , as I didn’t wanted to give up on my passion. Live your dreams. Own your style. Take inspiration whenever required. Stay self motivated. Eventually inspire others. Good luck

Ya there may be a host of other stream students who are applying for IIM's ...but the interviewer may ask how management and your stream are related?.....or why management over ur stream?(like you shud have done some specialisation in ur stream kindof)....or how pursuing management can transform your life?..

Look at his academic records, i don't think he really needed IIM to get a package of 20 lakhs in any company, i think he just wasted his 2 years in college. instead, he should have invested those 2 years in company and I'm sure within 2 years his salary would have been in 40 lakhs plus..
