Read curriculum of these MTech programme Prepare baisc of semiconductor, materials,types, application It's manufacturing process How mechanical engineering is used in semiconductor industry Like it's thermal management Or in it's manufacturing process Prepare your BTech project if it has atleast some relevance And last have a look on mechanical engineering subjects Especially the one which can use in semiconductor technology
