15:04 Should the summation sign sigma (Σ) not be used here to sum over indices? - or is the Cartesian summation convention being used here in which repeated suffix in a term is summed over numbers that the suffix can take?

21:50 I think they are equal. But they are transpose of each other mathematically. Isn't it?
