This video is about subway-fanning and light railfanning SEPTA's Subway-Surface trolley lines and Market-Frankford Line El trains at 15th Street during the afternoon of April 20, 2022. Three El trains and tons of trolleys are filmed. Route 11 trolleys were running as shuttle buses during this time due to track improvements on Woodland Avenue since February 28 and was supposed to end April 15, but then got extended to April 22 (yesterday). Only Routes 10, 13, 34, and 36 trolleys were caught. One of the 34's had 9093 operating with the 40th Anniversary livery. The three El trains are two going to 69th Street and one going to Frankford. Trolleys filmed in this video are located at both eastbound and westbound sides.
Effective instantly, SEPTA no longer requires passengers and employees to wear a face mask and/or covering on board, in stations, and in concourses following Transportation Security Administration (TSA) dropping all mask mandates for public transportation.
All these video clips were used with a newest version of a video editing app for Windows 11 due to Windows Movie Maker no longer being in service. Therefore, there are no effects in this video unless if there is another way there can be effect options that are able to be found on the latest video editing version. Also, captions could not be changed into a different color.
