I would add elemental crystals into the game based off of Water, Earth, Fire, and Air, which can be found in certain parts of a cave depending on where you are in terms of location, be it North, West, etc. The crystals can be used as elemental enchantments for weapons and armor, and have defensive and offensive properties depending on what you enchant.

If you want a great xp system, I highly recommend a full size bubble guardian farm. I can get to 50 or higher in the time you get to 30 with zombies. If I were to add an ore, it would be found in either the nether or the end. Not sure what it would be.

It'd be pretty durable, and the sword would do more "sharpness" damage. The Pick would dig a little bit quicker, probably at the speed of gold tools. Its durability would be between iron and diamond. The ore would be able to be found at almost all levels and have the same rarity as Redstone.

I would recommend using Potions of Slow Falling over water, they can last 8 minutes and are pretty easy to get since phantoms are easy to kill. You also don't need to worry about messing up the placement of water which is very helpful during the fight.

Orichalcum or Mythril ore. Legendary light metals that craft legendary gear. Maybe the armor set gives off light in the dark and the tools and gear take rare enchantments even easier than Gold. :) Mineable in the End or Nether.

Add a redstone hammer, when you hit a surface, it sends a redstone signal in a 3x3x3 radius. Or even make it where you need to enchant it to increase or decrease the radius. I think that would create some crazy builds.

I would add steel. It's between iron and diamond in terms of how good it is. It is made by putting together iron bar and coal in a crafting table which becomes a new kind of item that you can then put into a blast furnace which turns it into steel bars/plates. (The tools made from it also swing faster when hitting mobs as steel is lighter than iron).

A berrygold, a berry looking ore that when smelting looks like a blue berry. It is way rarer than diamonds. And when you were it it hurts anybody that hits you, there is also an enchantment for that, but the armor gives it to you instantly. When you craft tools it gives them a random effect, like smite 1 or silk touch.

Try making a blaze grinder in the nether, they give a fair bit of exp. that’s what works well for me, or just angering a large group of pigmen usually gets a few levels.

I would add "Enchanted Ore", which would be an ultra-rare ore that has exclusive enchantments that you could apply to it like instant mine and some sort of fortune enchant that would apply to experience drops, giving you more xp for every ore mined. The ore would only spawn in remote locations, possibly under a mushroom Island biome and in limited quantities.

Tools are the same as gold tools in terms of durability and usage ,but are invisible if the light level is above 14 as well.

#QOTD I would have to add two ores to make this perfect. These two ores would be Uranium and Titanium. They would be used to make weapons and tools that are three times stronger than diamond. Durability, damage, and such. And these tools when created would come with their own custom enchantments. For example, the pickaxes would have an enchantment called Drill, which can go up to level 5. This would mine multiple blocks in any direction. 1 would mine a 3 by 3 area, 2 would mine a 4 by 4, 3 -> 5 by 5, and so on. 5 would mine the most. Shovels would also come with Drill. Axes would come with an enchantment called Tree-capitator, and this enchantment instantly breaks anything above a specific piece of wood. So basically, mining the bottom block of a tree would break the entire tree, leaves and all. Silk Touch enchantment would still work, but you would also get the apples and sticks with Tree-capitator. Swords would have an enchantment called empower, which would increase the speed of how quickly you attack. This would also work on axes. The armor would also have better enchantments. For example, chestplates would give extra hearts when worn. Boots would make you move quicker. Helmet would probably give you night vision and water breathing, and the leggings... probably nothing because they don't have any specific perks. Titanium and Uranium would also be used to make even better armor, which would be the strength of the titanium set and the uranium set combined. This took a long time to type, considering auto-correct is a thing.

#QOTD Aluminum ore. Used for making metal cans that are like shulker boxes but just hold less items. Can also be used for making armor better than leather and chain and gold. Also made for tools and buckets

My end portal turned out to be 4500 blocks from spawn. Took me ages to find and a lot of pearls. Also under extreme hill so deep too!

I would add copper ore. When i came up with the idea it didn't have much of a tool use. If i had to put it in with tools i would say between stone and iron tools, But my idea behind it would be to add a tech theme behind it. Cave maps and Beacons (You would see it if you are in range of the signal). Also a possibility of adding your completed maps into one larger map.

#QOTD make magma into an ore for making tools. Swords would come automatically equipped with fire aspect. Pickaxes would automatically smelt ores like gold and iron. Axes could have a chance of turning wood into charcoal which could be seen as a drawback. However I would add burnt woods into the game and the only way to get them is by setting wood on fire or mining wood with a magma axe. Shovels and hoes would probably not do anything. It would be just as fast as diamond however it would be more brittle. It can be mended by adding mending enchantments or by consuming coal.

QOTD: I would add ruby. Ore is very similar to emerald with its rarity and look. I would look like a little red pearl. It will be found in quantities of 2-4. You can’t make armor or weapons with it but there are some other goodies you can craft with it. One would be a ruby amulet. It gives you absorption and regen when you wear it. It can be crafted with a ruby pearl, (crafted from one ruby and eight blaze powder) one nether star, and 4 string. Another item you can craft with it is a ruby staff, created with one ruby pearl and two sticks. This ore will occurs deep underground (y-7 and below) in jungle biomes. Mining it will give you more xp than normal for other ores (diamonds, coal, emeralds, etc.). Another ore that MC could add is (purple) amethyst. You can make tools but no armor with amethyst. Amethyst is in the middle of gold and iron rarity wise, the tools would mine quicker and more efficiently than diamond but have a durability similar to the middle of stone and iron. Found in patches of 3-7. You can make amethyst arrows that to a lot of damage.

Bluestone: it doesn’t have armor or tools, but you can place it next to redstone without it powering it. Only way this is possible is with repeaters

I would add lead. It is the same as protective as diamond and you can a full set of armor and tools with it . The boots are special .if you jump on mobs it insta kills them (no bosses, no floating mobs,not underwater) But if you wear them more than 7 days you will get a poison effect . This is true only for all the lead armor
