Faisal.. well what to say about him.. he is the most iconic voice of his generation. Grew up listening to him and bilal be it sajni, chayee chayee or mera bichra yar.. their music was the epitome of excellence. Their band strings ruled rhe subcontinent for straight 30 years during which they produced 4 seasons of coke studio. It was heart wrenching when they decided to adjourn the band few months back after 30 years. Seeing him sing is just nostalgic and beautiful. The song it self is a master piece the concept behind it is soo good. Hats off to xulfi and team. The name itself is so fitting for the title of the season finale meaning until we meet again. They are saying farewell in a way that its like some good byes are not to take leave but a prior hello for next time. Blending in the best talents of this generation with a legend veteran like this tells the story of this season and xulfi's mindset about merging both new and old generation and passing on the legacy of Pakistani music. And the ending.. him exiting the studio to say a final good bye while seeing the sun rise ❤️

Go: atif bhai to phir atif bhai hain. Abdullah is so underrated.. he has been the right hand of xulfi this season along with Sherry khattak in the production team. He is a singer as well as producer, composer and writer. He composed and mixed this one. Check out his other songs with both solo and with YS

Peechay Hutt... Male Singer was Hassan Raheem, girls are Justin Bibis and on the Beat (beared with tactical maroon jacket) is Talal Qureshi. Muaziz Saarif (Dear Customer)... Faris and Meesha are siblings... Meesha did few Coke Studio seasons already but this song is the First one ever when siblings get together... Fun fact - The Helllloooooo part of Shafi verse was the signature intro for Faris when he started his initial songs... Faris on the mic.... Helllloooooo! it's a one take shot! Abdullah Siddiqui & Action Zain did marvelous job in composing this song!

I don't know how you maintained interest through all these songs in one go. I would have been overstimulated. Anyway, most of us have the same thoughts and feelings about this season as you. The only people complaining are either too stuck in the past or too close-minded to give the music a real chance. This was a brilliant show, period. P.S. FK's band Strings was one of the biggest pop acts of our region. The fact that so many younger YTers don't know of him makes me feel so old!

Faisal Kapadia is a LEGEND..lead vocalist of leading band in Pakistan for 33 years. STRINGS. He was judge of Pepsi Battle of the bands and also produced 4 seasons of Coke Studio. For the last couple of days watching yr videos and while doing this, coming across such beautiful songs. Just wanted to say, a bit disappointed on the last song reaction. Reason being- while being in nostalgia of AFSANAY and GUMAAN, i feel u missed the lyrics and feel of the current song. I do understand those two songs is on some next level (my favorite too) but we cannot afford to miss even a single word of this song too. Don't take it otherwise...just an advice from your new fan.
