IKAPE 58mm bottomless portafilter is compatible with E61 group head. The bottomless portafilter comes with a basket that is very similar in structure to the Lelit Bianca V3 IMS baskets. It has a multi-colored handle that is water-resistant and suitable for washing. I can recommend this bottomless portafilter for all E61 groups.
The scale has three adjustable modes, namely, Normal Mode, which displays the time and weight. M1 Smart Hand Brew Mode, which displays the ratio of powder to water and the weight of the powder. And M2 Smart Espresso Mode, which displays the time and the weight of the liquid. The three modes can be freely switched to meet the needs of a variety of scene use.

I love making these they are so rich and delicious. But every time I do my wife wants one too and she can't just enjoy a shot she's got to have four shots and it takes almost half an hour!!

Espresso requires precise adjustment. It takes more than luck to drink the perfect espresso every day. As the day goes by, the beans may lose their freshness and undesirable flavors may come to the fore. An inadequately heated portafilter or basket can cause the espresso to taste sour. Sometimes a few damaged coffee beans can ruin the taste. You need to make sure all equipment is clean and well maintained... This list is too long. In short, this is very normal. 😊
