It makes sense that Ike would have to run. For some reason greil taught Ike how to use a lance, when he only knew how to use a sword and axe. So it would be like a beginner training him in lanceplay. (Ignoring the plot armor the black knight has)

Yeah his dad didnt seem to be the smartest, he was too busy teaching mists friend how to use a sword...

@@Iggychuckles better then him learning from Shinon. Shinon would never train him anyway, he hates kids for sure.
