Hello
Some of you have left comments saying I made a mistake in the assembly, and because of me you made mistakes too.
I assure you that I did not make a mistake, and I'm used all parts.
But repeated comments forced me to do some research. Where I found 3 types of BRIMNES Chest of 4 drawers. Each with different parts.

Please pay attention to the type of BRIMNES Chest of 4 drawers and its parts, by watching the first part of the video where I open the boxes and compare them with the type of parts you have.
I apologize if some of you made mistakes, but I was not wrong on the installation of my BRIMNES Chest of 4 drawers.
And please pay attention to the BRIMNES type when installing.

Thank god for this video. Something that would have took me over 8 hrs only took me 2 1/2z if I could thumbs this up a million times I would. Because ain’t nobody got time to pay task rabbit over $150 to put this together because IKEA purposely give you directions that is hard to follow. I believe ikea does this on purpose so you have to get task rabbit. But THANK YOU FOR KZfaq!!!!!!!

Thank you sooooo much! I started at 11pm and finished at 5am! When finally putting in drawers It wasn't flush, and realized after turning the whole drawer upside down and rightside up 2 times. I put the tracks on backwards right was left and left was right. Ughhhh 😭😭😭 my back is killing me! My knees hurt and I'm dehydrated! Lol but this was the most detailed video on KZfaq thnx again!

I had a model with a bottom slab. Not Th3 bloggers fault. I left it pit and for one and for my other two pit it in. Not a structural issue and fits my TV great! Thank you!!!! So much easier than the booklet and so easy to follow you!

This is a great video, I was able to successful put together my Dresser by following along with your instructions. I would suggest that you follow along with the instructions that come with your dresser, they may differ slightly. But all in all, this was the best video tutorial for the Brimnes 4 Drawer Dresser, it was extremely helpful, thank you!

I purchased the three drawer one. The Ikea picture instructions where difficult to follow. Now they do not even label the parts. 😣 It's guess work.🤔 But this visual instruction was great. It was easy to follow.👩‍🔧 Side note: The three drawer one has a bottom that should be installed prior to connecting the sides together. Thank you for making this video tutorial and sharing. it's very helpful but, I have 2 comments: 1- in the 1st step while you are fixing the right and left @ 3:30 minutes, it should be vice versa. In another words, the left tool should be fixed in the right side and vice versa. 2- At min 11:48 you should verify that those parts are optional and mandatory to be used. you ignored it completely. At the end, thanks for time and efforts. it's very helpful :))))

I just find this now, thank you. We are trying to finish it with my mother, there is an issue, it seemed finished… ( not your mistake, I wonder if the holes are not too high, badly done by ikea) The drawers are too high on the metal lane and don’t fit especially on the top ! It is touching the white top lane. And yet we placed the metal stuffs inside well on the holes. Thanks 🙏

My daughter ordered two of these chests. I watched your video after assembling the first because I had no idea where the metal brace was to be placed in the walls of the chest. Thank you, I now know. Also, I have a floor to my (black) chest and I do not understand why the unfinished edge of partial board faces forward? It’s not visible to the eye once construction is complete. Not sure if the gaps are correct but on the video his seems to fit perfect together ... I'd highly recommend this video but watch him assemble first and make sure it's right before u go hammering away

I make a mistake with the first drawer installing the two sides and now I have to remove the plastic screw if there is an easy way to remove it without damaging the board, any suggestion

use glue and glue the plastic screw and pull out

For the safety of children. Many lawsuits have been filed against Ikea because of the furniture falling on the children. Therefore, IKEA insist that it is attached to the wall. But if there are no children in your house, there is no need to fixe it .

I managed to put it together. I was stuck for a moment because there was a gap btwn the baseboard but it was supposed to be that way smh

I assure you that I did not make a mistake, and I'm used all parts. But repeated comments forced me to do some research. Where I found 3 types of BRIMNES Chest of 4 drawers. Each with different parts. You will find installation guides at this link www.th3blogger.com/2021/06/ikea-brimnes-chest-of-4-drawers.html Please pay attention to the type of BRIMNES Chest of 4 drawers and its parts, by watching the first part of the video where I open the boxes and compare them with the type of parts you have. I apologize if some of you made mistakes, but I was not wrong on the installation of my BRIMNES Chest of 4 drawers. And please pay attention to the cabinet type when installing. Thanks for watching

@@th3blogger I didn’t say you made a mistake. My dresser had an extra piece/ there was an unexplained gap in my dresser, that was not in yours but I was able to complete it. They probably changed the pieces of the dresser since your assembly.

it doesn't matter. it can go. there are different type for this model. Please read the description box

Omg this was a fucking nightmare for me... .some of my pieces werent cut right but also the video is Soo helpful but I didn't see the holes on the drawers on both sides and so I. Assembled incorrectly... I'll never ever do this again. Not as easy as the video looks.... .also my drawers also have a quarter inch gap
