Bought a Besta TV cabinet only to find that it was missing this whole bag of hinges, bummer. Nevermind! Found them. It's hard to keep track of things when Ikea doesn't put everything in one box

Your video is confusing. On one door you installed the hinges on the door first then attached to the cabinet. Then the second part you installed on the cabinet first before attached to the door and in this case you installed the plastic dowel. Why?

Always install them the second way he did it. Larger heavier doors don't install well when attaching the door to the cabinet while screwing in the essential part of the hinge. He likely figured this out and fixed his mistake by doing it the other way around on the second door.

How do you know where to screw in the hinges on the besta unit itself????
