We recently had to remove one of these systems but couldn't find the instructions. This video was instrumental! The hardest part is figuring out what kind of screw holds the hidden bracket. Looks like a triangle or hex screw but actually was just a VERY small Phillips screw head. If anyone is looking to remove a funny looking curtain bracket, don't let your partner rip it off the wall 😁 The key moments in the video about how the bracket was installed on the wall will help - it's 1:39 - 1:49 in the video. Find a very small Phillips screwdriver - larger than the screws in glasses but smaller than a standard Phillips, but a VERY new Phillips screwdriver might work too - it needs sharp edges.

The cost and complexity of this product is design gone bad

So the socket that connects the track to the ceiling has a retaining allen screw whose hole is bored in the side of the socket that is perpendicular to the rail. This means that you have to get your fingers between the rail and the mounting surface such as a closet frame or ceiling. This makes included allen wrench almost useless. So after literally 15 minutes of playing I finally got one side in and it took another 15 minutes to get the other side connected. NOW if the hole had been bored on the small side parallel with the side of the rail this would have taken about 15 seconds. Do you employ sadists there? Do they ever try installing this stuff. Boring the hole in the direction that would make it accessible would take a different jig but once done is a change that costs Ikea nothing. I will not be install another one of these, and I will be searching for other products. I am stunned by the silliness of this design. Such lack of foresight is unexpected.

This is rubbish. My Track system for Curtains connot be beaten. I have yet not seen any system which is quicker when it comes to hanging your curtains.
