Happy New Year and thanks so much for this helpful support in assembling the chair! I should have purchased this ergonomically balanced chair with lumbar support when the pandemic first started, lol! Grateful to have it now and feeling rather proud that I assembled it on my own, with your help! Thanks again and keep up the great work....

Hi. From the first day, I covered it with POLARVIDE throw from IKEA to keep it. I don't know if they are selling a new cover. But clean it up and cover it .

yes you can adjust the position of the back of the chair. either fix it or push it. watch the end of the video 7:53

Make sure nothing is stuck there. Use a little oil or wd40 to facilitate movement, or change it at ekia

My chair (Markus) has a click sound when I lean on the back, and the back is not fixed (moves a bit back and forward). Is it normal?

If i understand what you mean, it's normal. it does this when it takes its place in the teeth of the fixing system. All that if you have activated the fixation system.

@@th3blogger Thank you, yes, when the back is fixed I have the clicking sound. If it is not fixed no problem. It is a metallic sound, I read that many people have it, so it must be normal, but it is quite annoying. I found out that if I turn the knob for the pressure to maximum (so it is hard to recline) I need to sit harder on the back to move and make the click, so it's a bit better. Thanks!
