I have Raynaud's too. My 8th grade science teacher has it, and said I had it after being cold for a long time after coming inside (I think it was in the 50s). My hands will turn purple with orange spots even when it's 50 degrees sometimes😂. I got a north face down coat that is both wind and waterproof this past winter: it was $300, but 100% worth it, especially since I work outside a lot.

the best thing you can do is to invest in such things like the puffer jacket if you suffer from raynaud's. I just got diagnosed with this year 🙈 and I'm form Austria. 🥶 I invested a ton of money in winter gear this season and it is such an amazing experience if you go outdoors and your hands and toes don't hurt from the cold after 5min .
