Ultra Instinct Goku is amazing. I might actually return to play him!
Sorry about it being longer than the other. I guess I got excited with the character. I actually trimmed it down a little after rewatching.

It's a clash. It's kinda been in the game since Day 1. Special moves can clash too. Though I can't deny that they are aesthetically pleasing to look at.

@@andrealabate5558 I think what they meant is that UI Goku's moveset takes from Goku's performance on the ToP in general rather than just when he used UI - such as the command grab orbs he use after the flips or some of the normals.

They got everything exactly like the anime, even down to trivial stuff like the shape of the light that's reflected on his eyes during the intro. They didn't have to do it, but they did it. Same goes to Kefla's Lv3 which has a single black and white frame just like the anime did. This extreme level of attention to detail is simply amazing. We'd be happy to just have another character, but ArcSys always makes sure to go the extra mile.

3:28 Missed that part. I'm glad that move is canon. It's such a weird annoying move to me lol. In the anime it does seem like a very UI-based move, however I'm irritated because Goku's using that in base form >:/

I like how they treated ultra instinct not as a mere transformation, but as Goku's former self. The way he adapted, the way he evolved, his path to maturity... How he reached his full potential by sacrificing his personal experience and overcoming his weaknesses and struggles.

@@yoursonisold8743 I'm not trying to be pessimistic here, but I don't get why people are in the comments freaking out over this "incredible attention to detail." Y'all realize that literally any two multihit special moves will clash in this exact same way, right? Its not a special detail they put effort into, its just how the game works lol. Put Jiren against Yamcha with his Wolf Fang Fist and the same thing'll happen.

Sterling probably not, the clashes depend on the exact timing of the moves. This and Yamaha’s move don’t work.

Not really. Goku turns to his left to look behind him in that instance. In the game he just kinda shifts his head, and not even towards the left either.

I actually noticed this even the first time we ever saw him in the teaser he had a design with the same hair style and formation of the manga but had the anatomy of the anime which is quite interesting.
