Quick questions (and sorry if you've already answered these a billion times in other places): Where do you get your (non copyright?) samples from? And why are the drums drunk, lol?

lol yeeees the zone trick is a much needed one when working with samples! I used to get my samples from tracklib but that aren’t copyright free ( you have to buy a license if you use them for profit) Now I just make my own samples.

I notice when you press shift and sample you get to the screen where is says edit record and slice but i cant get there. Mine only says master group and sound

What happens if you only press the sample button without using shift? You should be able to see the edit no matter what sample you use. Just make sure you have your sample selected and press the sample button. Let me know if this helps.

Hi J wanted to ask is there any way to raise the volume on the headphones internally because ive tried two sets of headphones at almost most full volume and its super low . When im playing vinyl I cant really hear it

@@janaeenimsaj When I load samples from my SD card into maschine plus they play back pretty loud without have to play at full . But when I an playing my turntable the volume coming in is very low . The only I get it louder is after sampling by adding normalize to my sampled sound

Ooooh ok, yes! so when you pick your input audio source ( press the channel / midi button) just to the right there will be a gain option. You get up to 10db with that option. Lmk if this help!

I cant even get to the screen where you can tweak the stem of the sample but idk if your using something you uploaded or sounds already on imashine
