I saw this movie when it came out the first time in 1988, at the Patrick Henry Village AFEES movie theater near Heidelberg, Germany. It being Germany, my 6-month-old German Shorthaired pointer puppy was wirhm and watched it with me. He enjoyed the movie just as much as I did, and got most of my popcorn, to boot. The high point was when the closing credits rolled up, and they played the "Iko Iko" song... My dog's name? Eico, pronounced just like in the song.

I saw this film when I was about 10 years old and remember really digging the music in the credits, but I forgot the tune after about 10 minutes and have been unable to remember it since. I'm now 29, finally been reacquainted. It's alright. Haha.

I've seen this movie a thousand times and I mean that I literally watched this movie to death when I was younger and now it seems extremely well done since a serious situation in a dramatic comedy movie ending with the happy couple going to Vegas and the credits roll on the Vegas strip.

I didn't like how it ended because it kinda ended unfinished it felt like a lot more was gonna happen Plus the guys in the hella copter got away they just acted like nothing happened When I first saw the ending I was so confused until I realized there's a sequel but it's a whole different story lol

K9 a banging film.. only film that compares to it is a film called "REMO" ..oldskool film with some very sharp thinking dobamons in it.. 🙂
