Chanwoo (Chan) I guess it's normal for Yg that Rappers get the most lines and after wards follows a vocalist with a soft tone, unlike in Sm groups where the vocal with the most lines is a power vocal and it's for all the boy groups under Yg the same Main vocals are for Big Bang Taeyang but Daesung is the power vocal, Winner Taehyun 😭 but power vocal is Seungyoon and in Ikon it's Jinhwan except for ballads then the power vocal Ju-ne takes over

The reason why iKON songs are usually 'Double B and others' is because they always have a rap portion and a vocal portion, and the rap parts has to be divided between just 2 people > so lots of lines, and the vocal parts has to be divided between 5 people > less lines

"Go B.I, tell 'em!" For the ones complaining about uneven distribution: it is a matter of who fits that part of the song/lyrics better in order to make the best version of that song. This is kind of a hiphop/rap song so rappers fits best while in a lot of other new iKON song which are mostly ballads, Jinhwan and Junhoe sing a lot more than rappers and it sounds perfect.

iKON's line distribution has always been unfair. Apology was the only semi-fair one because Teddy had a hand in it and I suspect that BI can't steamroll over Teddy and take it over unlike the other composers because he's TEDDY, so Teddy at least gave a 2NE1-ish line distribution. Big Bang didn't have line distribution this bad, and by the time they were 1+ years into debut, even dead weight Seungri had equal parts to everybody else. This makes me so sad. How can my favorite group go a long way and have a great career when some members are too greedy.

iKON is a hiphop group where rap is a must in their songs, and who'll rap just a small part? It does look not equal but come to think about it , it actually just shows that the three ( Yunhyeong Donghyuk and Chanwoo) shined a lot even their parts are just a small part cause everyone found out that they had a small part. They'll be so happy if they knew that a lot of people pay lots of attention on them. they shined in small parts mean they're so attractive and they're loved by many. I'm an iKONIC and my biases are Junhoe and Chanwoo. I loved Yunhyeong and Donghyuk, but still enjoyed the song a lot, despite them having lil parts. it doesn't mean that they aren't a part of the group. if they weren't there, iKON wouldn't be iKON. their existence is a must and that isn't a thing that's who's in their songs, but in their lives ! 💕

I kind of like line distribution videos, bc people talk about those who get less lines, which are generally the members who are less popular. And I know YG is pretty strict about the rapper thing, but would it be weird if the vocal members got some of the "rap/speaking" lines in the chorus. Like literally all they're saying is 'bling bling', so it's not really a rap. (and I think Bobby and BI wouldn't suffer if they had a few lines taken away from them). I'm an ikonic ok?
