👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏very good explanation Sandhya garu,very useful video 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏I'm also interested to know about all these things and aware of intial processes.we have crossed this phase by God's grace now staying in our own flat which we are paying EMI and I'm happy too . Staying in rent house, where we spend our income in lakhs to the owner at the cost of sacrificing our freedom. I wish everyone should plan for their own house proposals at the right time. Own house is not only a asset but it's a necessary investment to avoid unnecessary financial imbalances in life.

Good Information 👍, As per the suggestion from the SBI Branch Manager Opt for the Max period (30yrs Varies with individual) will be a better option to reduce the mandate EMI. If we have a corpus amount Other than EMI, we can repay it.
