It looks amazingly delicious, I would just exclude the the tiny fish and octopus, just because the texture lol

The "Cacciucco" is actually a dish from Leghorn, "Livorno" in Italian, Another Tuscan City. Viareggio isn't even close to the sea. I know that because I'm from Tuscany and I live in Leghorn :)
