Who told you ? Most toppers don't have proper guidence and awareness. They also don't have idea what to do , where to go , how to get top MS admission ( including IIT Mumbai ) , research options , oppurtunitues etc Lot of toppers comes to me and I guided them ..they get IAS,IIT ranks. They are highly dedicated , sinceare .I need those type of students..not lazy / mobile addictive people / weak minded people etc - I don't guide them . I am not a motivational speaker .I lift the serious people , not lazy people .hope you get answer
