Normally Bleeding occurs for about 4 to 6 weeks after childbirth.
It is usually more in normal delivery than cesarean.
It is of different types
Lochia rubra - It remains for initial 3 to 5 days.It is bright red in color and may have clots
Lochia alba - It remains for 4 to 12 days.Color Changes to pinkish brown. It doesn't have any clots.
Lochia Serosa - It remains for 3-4 weeks
You need to worry and consult doctor if
Bleeding is foul smelling
You have fever or lower abdominal pain
Clots persists even after a week
आमतौर पर बच्चे के जन्म के बाद लगभग 4 से 6 सप्ताह तक ब्लीडिंग होती है।
यह आमतौर पर सिजेरियन की तुलना में सामान्य प्रसव में अधिक होता है।
यह विभिन्न प्रकार का होता है
लोचिया रूब्रा - यह शुरुआती 3 से 5 दिनों तक रहता है। यह चमकीले लाल रंग का होता है और इसमें थक्के हो सकते हैं
लोचिया अल्बा - यह 4 से 12 दिनों तक रहता है। रंग गुलाबी भूरे रंग में बदल जाता है। इसमें कोई थक्का नहीं होता है।
लोचिया सेरोसा - यह 3-4 सप्ताह तक बना रहता है
आपको चिंता करने और डॉक्टर से परामर्श करने की आवश्यकता है
रक्तस्राव दुर्गंधयुक्त होता है
आपको बुखार है या पेट के निचले हिस्से में दर्द है
एक हफ्ते के बाद भी थक्के बने रहते हैं
