I think MGK did a great job. He took the song, made it his own, and kept the essence of the original. I agree the vocals weren’t the best, but he did it his way. Instead of a straight by the books copy of the song.

It's the chorus that fucks it for me, I mean he did alright with the verses but the chorus lacks all the energy
