1. The some of the fish died because they stood to long at the edge of the fence. 2. Some of the dolphins died because they needed air but could not get up because of the slab going over the plants/Sea weed 3. There are fishing rods they take 3 sticks and 2 string 4. Have a good day! (:

The flying things are phantoms they spawn when you don't sleep. And more spawn the longer you don't sleep. They drop phantom membranes which are used in potions or to repair elytra. Hope this helps

The "weird fish things" are guardians, they spawn in sea temples. The elder guardian is the bigger one. Hes the leader of the guardians, he could give you mining fatigue, or poision.

use 8 shells and 1 heart of the sea on a crafting table to make a conduit then make a 12x12 box of the blue aqua stone stuff and put the conduit in the middle 1 block up

Those trollfish are called guardians and the big ones are called ancient guardians, they have a passive ability that is spikes 1 enchant that everytime you hurt them, you get hurt too. 1 thing, try expanding the aquarium but replace the floor with sand, so, you can plant aquatic plants on the floor, so, it looks more like an aquarium.

These shells are nataulius shells. They can craft something that can give you water breathing, but for some reason I think you have to place it in a shrine, it's possible to make one.
