What about that fat Bert dude. I read AT LEAST two comments saying thé same thing about HIM. Not a fan of either myself. Just can't turn my Automatic Feed, KZfaq, or even fkin PHONE off! Gotta wait till thé battery runs flat. I do like Iliza a bit though. Am beginning to wish I grew up in the States. American girls are so... Well, they're "SOMETHIN' ELSE" and seem much less uptight and more adventerous than French women.

The whole garter thing was a big hit here in Croatia, next to throwing an apple full of coins over a house(yes, that's right) and kneeling on a doorstep when entering your new husband's home 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thank the gods, times are changing.

At a wedding i went to, the groom, groomsman and father of the bride drank a whole bottle of 25 year old port in the morning of the wedding because yeah, men have nothing to do before the wedding. And the groom and his buddies went for like an hour drive to the nearby town and had a massive breakfast. I was in the wedding party, the women in the wedding didnt fucken leave the room we were getting ready in for hoooooouuurrrrrrssssss!!

Lol same! I was in my bffs wedding and I legit didn’t eat from 9am through 8pm. It was hair, makeup, getting ready, pictures, wedding, more pics. It was two brides though so no one ate! Lol

@@-chenlanying5818 Nah, the guy didn't do anything wrong, it's just a joke based on giving an oddly specific yet oddly realistic brief backstory on the archetype of the funny friend. And I think partly a joke on how a nervous bride (or anyone nervous) might find themselves rambling in a situation like that

You think they went for "breakfast"??!! Yeah, like a Sea Food kinda breakfast ! They probably went to a BROTHEL or a strip club whilst hé was still technically "free". That's why I prétend to bé gay and stay behind with the girls to "help with their haïr, garters, dresses, ANYTHING !" 😉 That's where thé REAL fun happens (at least it did when I was there🙂). I've only seen one garter removal, but I didn't really see it cuz I was "a child" and it was on the other side of the country with the cooler family members. Every wedding I've been to for my family members that live closer there was no garter removal because it was much to scandals for a Pentecostal wedding ceremony.

Lmfao My wedding was planned in 3 months, cost less than 3000, and we did as NONE of the traditional stuff. Because I hate all of it. I don't like be the center of attention. If I hadn't worked for company that did flowers,catering & venue I probably would have done city hall. But the food was great..and we snuck out while everyone was dancing. Left of on our honeymoon.

Yes. I've seen it many times. You can youtube "Wedding Garter removal" videos. It's always treated as fun and silly but I always found it so uncomfortable and unnecessary.

I’m glad my wife and I skipped all this crap. We were planning the wedding and looking through the list of “traditional” stuff….both of us trying to be normal….then at the same time we both said to each other “do you even give a shit about any of this?” Nope. So we started cutting crap out. No church, no dress, no party…nope nope nope. Just crossing stuff out. All that was left was “I do”. Yep, we’re good with that. So we got married at Disney (we were planning on going anyway), just outside the Hard Rock Cafe in the courtyard, wearing street clothes and mouse ears, with my best friend, my parents, and her friend who was ordained. That was it. Been married for 20 years now.

I have thin legs. All muscle; I walk a lot, everywhere. Even if it takes an hour each way. No thighs. Or ass to speak of, for that matter. If this city is ever in a blockade, people would remain unsatisfied capturing and eating me. As far as the garter, I never had the chance to find out whether it would hamper my circulation.
