True. I'd been a Hopsin fan since Sag My Pants but he was always just "pretty good" until Ill Mind 5 and then I was like "okay, he spittin facts" and then Ill Mind 6 came and I thought it was a really good track but then this dropped and it's just... beautiful. It's incredible. Seriously. A piece of art. Poetry. But he's never been able to drop something this good since. This is his peak and ever since this, he's failed to deliver anything even close. Neither Ill Mind 8 or Ill Mind 9 come anywhere near this. Unlike Eminem, where he's been able to drop Diamond on par with Stan every once in a while, so far this is Hopsin's only Diamond to me. I'm back to where I was before Ill Mind 5 with him. I'm happy he drops stuff, I'll listen to it. But nothing connects like this connects. It's a shame really.

@@bobbyfan418 the thing that got me into religion again after being an atheist was when I attended an exorcism of my girlfriend, pissed off because I wanted to take her to a hospital and felt like her family was gaslighting her into thinking it was demons, which as a clinical psychologist had conerns it would make her conditon worse and scare her more. So I stood by for emotional support and to make sure no one oversteps. Then she spoke perfect Latin and Hebrew. It sent a chill into my heart and spine, I have pondered at least once a month since then for a rational explanation of not only that but the other things that occured. She's 4'10 and under 100lbs and it took 7 men to hold her down, we regularly wrestled as apart of our sex life and I'm way stronger than her but her strength was superhuman that day. I'm a Germanic Pagan, and I discovered this song three or four years after I left Christianity and the Roman Catholic Church. For years I had a hint of insecurity in my gut, wondering if I'd done the right thing by abandoning the religion I was familiar but unconnected with for a religion I was new to but felt strongly attracted to. This song helped me rationalize my clean break from Christianity, realize that none of us could _ever_ understand the divine, and we have absolutely no idea what truly lies beyond, so as long as you're true to your worship and stay real then that's all you could possibly be judged for. Hopsin saved me from a crisis of faith by reminding me that my own life is in my own hands and mine only, and that my soul will go wherever it deserves to go regardless of what name(s) I call a higher power, so I shouldn't fret over the semantics of something when the concept it what matters.
