We could not run the whistle on the line since there is an impaired height clearance on the line. This is a tall whistle!

Here is an interesting request you should make a replica of a Southern Pacific cab forward 6 chime whistle We don't know what it sounded like it would be great to hear that sound again

They were just standard sp 6 chimes.

realistically you could just measure the whistle chimes and calculate it if not able to blow the whistle

If you wanted to replicate the “cab forward 6 chime” you would have to have an engine with the same boiler pressure blow a stock SP 6.

I think it’s best used for Illinois Central’s 4-8-2 Mountains, and 2-10-2 Centrals

@@connerrolofson1585 I believe ICRRs "Centrals" were 2-10-2s as they, "and many other roads" did not want to call them "Santa Fes"
