Is the rehearing of an emergency order of protection conducted any differently from a normal hearing? for example, are witnesses allowed at rehearing? can you request the court to grant a plenary order of protection at the rehearing of an emergency order of protection?

Do you have any videos on mutual orders of protection? I didn’t hear any reference to it in here?

Would a prisoner be covered under order of protection? Like if their medical orders are being ignored? Or is they are under threat of harm?

If a petitioner lies and claims we went on 1 date which made the judge who granted EOP think it was eligible for court, does the petitioner need to prove that we dated or do I need to prove that we didn't?
