ILLIT Magnetic sound beautiful and very well produced and arranged I'm really liking the style of music going on in Korea

Ppl be really saying they sound like newjeans...just fyi Newjeans would slay that song but they havent even tried that genre(pluggnb) yet. Just coz Magnetic is upbeat and catchy, kpopfans assume it sounds like a NJs song. They dont even have the same concepts. Nj = Y2K ( moombahton & jersey club genres) Illit = dreamy magical (pluggnb genre) It's getting tiring now as an illit fan to explain it to people who call them, a copy of newjeans or newjeans 2.0 here on yt or Twitter. People dont understand the distinction between 2 groups and just randomly compare them since they're both from HYBE. But ofc I Just remind myself not to expect much from kpop fans who know nothing abt genres coz they only know one, which is noise music.

They are the highest charting and highest streamed debut song by a 5th gen on the korean charts and spotify (U.S. charts).. It reminds me a lot of NewJeans popularity when they started on their debut, they are headed to that direction. HYBE has the luck of the gods cause there's no way they have BTS, NewJeans, seventeen, TWS and now ILLIT, all insanely popular. And they have similar style as NewJeans because they are from HYBE both, the same way babymonster reminds you of blackpink concept and style because they are both from YG.
