Re-watching these battles... It's sad to see what's happened with DF... Ego, pride, immaturity, distrust and not understanding and appreciation of people, battlers and business.... DF had the chance to crave out a niche lane here in the UK (Linkup Tv, GRM) and having a bigger part to playing by laying down their own foundation for the hip hop, rap culture here, Could've been the launchpad for artists and battlers... All the work those battlers put in, to not reap the reward of their sweat, blood and tears...

Man that win for arcaic was so set up with those fake breaks eurgh generated by ramblin on before every round of his and than appearing right on time when he's bein referenced in the third. He exactly knew what arc wrote and when he was going to do a flip. The only round which could be debatable was the third where illmac mostly spitted generic stuff. But stylewise arcaic just couldn't hang with illmac. So poor judgement and probably like he said their "revenge" for 07 - the jump off - days.That's the kind of shit that puts a whole league in a bad light.

Screw the results. This was genuinely sick battle. Arc went extra hard and remained consistent, minus the minor slip-up. As for Illmac, maybe it wasn't an extremely tight performance as far as delivery goes, but just as Arc was consistent with the crazy bars, Illmac was consistent with changing the whole script, just pretty much touching basis on what he figured Arc would have brought to him. I personally edged it to Illmac, but this battle in general will remain on my list, so I can replay it.

I am from England and like to personally judge close battles like this. Round 1 - Arkaic, one of the best rounds I have seen from him Round 2 - Clearly Illmac Round 3 - A couple very strong bars from arc but Illmac edged it easily. 2-1 to Illmac

How sad it is that people are so bias... ill mac had the cleanings rounds and i think that the lines are so superb they are going well over the heads of normal fans... the judges dont seem to know anything about lyricism or complex rhymes..precise multi's are hard to come by and illmac brings em everytime in different forms against various opponents.
