Unfortunately, this Illya has nothing in common with our Illya, the real Man from U.N.C.L.E.

I agree totally. I can't fathom why they chose to morph the original delightful Illya character into such a brute. And Armie Hammer was the only cast member who watched the original show. I think if they would have kept more of the original feel of the show...they would have had a larger audience.
