I am a clinical counselor and I keep this in my feel good file. I go to this file when I am feeling good, down, need a pick me up, inspiration... Or when I just need to be reminded of the beauty and greatness within the capacity of the human condition and connection. I feel like this was not even a competition.. like there were no losers.. like everybody won.. from the audience, the judges, and of course the dancers.. There was all kinds of souls and spirits up on that stage. There were some legacy bonds being transformed. They just blessed us with some of the most raw and intimate authenticity without saying a word... somatics.. Whew!!! Gracias a los dos!!

The last dance was a tribal thing everybody reunited. Totally awesomE

The way he [Dexter] takes the spiritual energy from Toyin is epic. I totally get this.

Meditative dancing per say,ritual,out of body experience??! ...Toyin transcends the boundaries of consciousness in her performance...mesmerizing, primal, raw, ART. I literally was watching with my mouth open!!! in complete awe!

_I'm used to watching dancers like Paradox, Les Twins, Skitzo, and so on. When I saw the first round of this video, Toyin's style of dance didn't connect with me. I'm used to seeing consistent musicality, beat kills, and feats of athletic ability, which is why her opponent's interpretation made more sense to me at first._ _It wasn't until halfway through the second round that I realized that her style of dance is LITERAL interpretation of the song she's performing to. She doesn't connect purely with the beat, she's connecting to the soul of the song itself. And I found that pretty damn amazing~_
