Oren you are a good teacher of Krav Maga , I like these lessons and I try to follow them everyday . I have one question : is dangerous take the gun with the hand directly ? , it would injury the hand with the high temperature of a gun shot . I saw in this video the differents problems of catching guns . Thanks for these Krav Maga lessons , greetings from Spain !

The barrel of a pistol is shrouded, it doesn't get hot from one bullet and gripping the slide prevents a second round from even being chambered.

Yes! try and hold the gun on top of the slide while the gun is being fired or anywhere around it and see what happens.

I had a friend that try to kick the gun during a robbery at gun pint. As he try to kick the hand with the gun. The robber shot 3 bullets in one leg and when he landed on the floor he got another 2 shots in his other in his leg(left leg). Then the robber run away with his wallet, watch and phone.
