I wanted to take a moment to share a life update and explain why I haven’t been posting much lately. A lot has been happening on our end, and I appreciate your patience and support.
Firstly, my husband is in the exciting process of opening his own business! This has involved a ton of bureaucracy, especially as we’re working with officials and getting papers from Slovakia. The back and forth with the embassy and various offices has been time-consuming, to say the least.
In the midst of this, we made a significant decision for our family and business life. I decided to close my own small business. My husband and I thought it would be more efficient to combine our efforts and operate under a single business. This move means less paperwork, fewer things to manage, and overall, it’s more cost-effective.
On the home front, we’ve been busy renovating our daughter’s room for the past few weeks. This project has turned our house upside down - there’s dust, stuff, and junk everywhere that needs to be sorted out. But it’s all worth it to create a lovely space for her.
Speaking of our daughter, she recently celebrated her birthday, and we have a new family member to introduce! We saved a kitten from a shelter, and we are all absolutely in love with little Dobby. He’s brought so much joy and sweetness into our home, and we’re all melting over him.
Unfortunately, with all these changes and projects, I had to abandon a few other endeavors. Life just got in the way, and I had no control over it. But I’m back now, feeling refreshed and excited to continue sharing with you all.
