I think the main reason why Adam is such a D word, is because in the show, he doesn't eat the apple, only Eve did. So Adam got to go to Heaven, and he was never punished for anything he did. So Adam basically doesn't know the difference between being good and being bad. That's why he's so calm with saying the worst things, because he doesn't know what the difference is, all he knows is that he got into Heaven somehow.

My running theory for "Why is Adam in Heaven" is simple: He's a nepo baby. The angels created 3 humans. 2 of them 'failed'. Adam basically had to get into Heaven, or else Humanity would've been a complete failure. And the Heaven couldn't have that, so Adam got a free pass.

In real life Judeo-Christian canon, Adam and Eve both ate the Fruit of Knowledge; here, it’s made explicit that Eve accepted the Fruit of Knowledge, but whether or not Adam did isn’t as clear (and in fact has become quite a matter of speculation for reasons). Also, having mentioned _Helluva Boss,_ I guess I’ll go ahead and tell you some stuff about it. It takes place in the same universe but otherwise has almost nothing to do with _Hazbin’s_ story. What it is good for in regards to _Hazbin_ is extra worldbuilding. You mentioned the seven rings, and that actually is how this version of Hell is structured: Seven rings, one for each Deadly Sin, each with its own culture and environment, each ruled by a lord or embodiment of their respective Sins, and all seven are stacked on top of each other (there are actually a couple models of Hell’s Ring structure in some rooms in _Hazbin,_ they’re ordered by color). From the top down, we have the Pride Ring, ruled by Head Honcho King Lucifer Morningstar (who is still the overall King of All Hell as the single most powerful being down there); the Wrath Ring; the Gluttony Ring; the Greed Ring; the Lust Ring; the Envy Ring; and the Sloth Ring. Here’s the thing: the other six Rings are home to many other Hellborn species (imps, hellhounds, succubi and incubi, etc.), but the Sinners are the only demons who used to be humans, and they’re confined to the Pride Ring, so Alastor disappearing for seven years is especially odd. If you wanna give _Helluva Boss_ a shot, go ahead, just know that it’s a *very* different show with a very different story that otherwise has almost nothing to do with _Hazbin._ Personally I’m no longer a fan of _Helluva,_ but the worldbuilding that goes into it is cool to know. *P.S:* Don’t worry, Niffty’s an adult, she’s just short.

He's supposed to be a foil to the "pure of heart" Charlie, by being one of the absolute worst. The guy cooks, plays the piano (I believe you've seen Hell's Greatest Dad?), sings (or at least talks very fast to music), dances and is in general an entertainer. He's hilariously up himself, too... so... I honestly have come to like that about Adam too, as much as he's totally an ass that should really be in Hell, but... I think it's a great representation of how religion (represented by heaven) doesn't necessarily make you holier than anyone else. You can be "religious", and still suck as a person. The goodness comes from the choices we make. Yeah, one of them won't survive and my bets is that it won't be Alastor who'll die. Niffty, I believe, is a 1950s housewife and I believe Viv did say that everyone we're seeing in this show is supposed to be an adult. I'm guessing Niffty is just very short, but could potentially be older than assumed... also some people have higher pitched voice than you might expect which make them sound younger than they actually are.

The TVs thing is a call back to Retro-America. If you watch some older movies of like the 80's, if it was set in a big city USA you'd see those type of store fronts. They'd have a bunch of TV's playing the local news or popular channels to get people to stop and look at their merch, but people would also gather around when there were 'Breaking News' reports. So Vox is basically tapping into the hordes no matter where they are, by using those storefronts to make sure everyone is always in front of a TV even if they aren't at home.

I just noticed that in the commercial Alastor made, when he waves and points, the whole camera glitches out, which is a nice detail because he can’t be on camera

It's funny that you can feel that Disney Princess vibe. They have a few ex Disney singers in the cast (4 I believe) ... and they nailed it , they made these songs better then any modern Disney songs by a mile. And this is a show about demons in hell.

I think that Adam, as well as being the first man, was also the first recommended for entering Paradise😂😂
