i reccomend trying faster speed, for example around 10, the notes are more spread up then and can be easier to read if you have a fast reaction time, i also reccomend going up in note speed little by little and not instantly to 10

I know what you mean, it took me a while to get the full combo (back then I was still playing with my thumbs), especially the end part before the second chorus starts always killed me, ever since I switched to my index fingers, it‘s a lot easier and I once even had a really good run and only had 6 greats. i set my speed to one where i can comfortably see the coming notes but also have all the notes spread out enough to not be very cramped. another thing i recommend is not pressing too hard on your screen, i used to do that and it gives me lots of pain, its not as painful if u relax your fingers. idk abt u but thats what i do

Are you a thumb player? If you're not, my suggestion would be use to use 2 fingers for those sliders. As a 4-finger player, all I have to think about are the other white notes besides those oddly-shaped sliders. With this approach, it is also easier to do those quick spam of white notes just like in the beginning of "The End of Hatsune Miku."

the fact i could recognize the song just from the thumbnail 💀 but im seeing a lot of supportive comments, so im here to join them! im honestly in the same boat as you, and i recently switched to index so you getting this close on thumbs is honestly so impressive. one of the things that's helped me get the last part better with those stupid sliders is just to double check and make sure that you're 1: letting go of the slider at the correct time, and 2: tapping twice while holding that second slider and as always, just playing the chart and song for fun and just taking time to learn the chart and how you personally can go about it is always a good choice. i wish you luck from behind the screen of the internet!
