I've wanted to play cello for the longest time, and actually tried to teach myself how to play. One major negative: I couldn't, and still can't, afford a cello, so I decided to download an app, and read sheet music off of a paper. However, that turned out to be REALLY hard, so I gave it up for about 4 weeks. Then this came up on my recommend, so, like a normal music nerd, I clicked on it. You have made me decide to continue trying to teach myself, and by the end of the summer, I might actually be ok. Plus, a family member, of whom I believe also wanted to play the cello and succeeded, has offered to help cover the cost of actually renting a real cello. So, thank you very, very, very much for inspiring me to continue with this goal. And thank you to anyone who decided to read this long-winded comment.

As a cellist, I really appreciate that you can play that far on the upper part of the strings (I hope you know what I mean because I am not a native speaker) because when I do that, I always accidentaly play two strings at once.
