I am sure there are designers in Kenya who can advise you how to plan your future home. Please do not just start digging foundations of a building without a clear picture of how it works. If you don't plan, there will be a lot of headaches, and a waste of money and time. Construction is one of the most stressful things to take on. It is advisable to plan and document how all systems will work (rain water harvesting, electrical, water, drainage, heating, cooling, etc.), this will give you an opportunity to troubleshoot any future problems and consult with all the parties who will build your house in advance (engineers, bricklayers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, etc.).
