Frost, as much as I love the content and vids, your health is certainly above it. Idk how it impacts your life, as I doubt anyone does, but I do know if I can help it at the time and can afford it I take breaks. If you can and want too, definitely take a break. You deserve it, as you bring all of us happiness daily.
