I have to get 19mm mass in nasopharynx removed. Can that be causing my burning mouth and facial numbness and pain? Scared of more damage.

Is there any difficulty on visualising the pharynx?

Which part of the pharynx do you mean? The normal mucosa is usually easy to find on post-contrast imaging.

im 34 always have had sinus issues my whole life. My ENT found a Nasopharynx Mass and wants me to have a ct scan and the mass excised for biopsy.

What would cause ringing in the ear from nose and epiglitis I touch my tongue to back of throat and it seems to hit a nerve or something and ringing in ear changes any theories

Unfortunately, the internet is a bad place to get personal medical advice. You should see an otolaryngologist, who can perform a proper physical examination.
