As a Subbed Lurker I don't actually watch the stream I put my phone in my pocket while at work or at home chillin , if Dontai talking to chat i turn of the volume and wait a couple minutes until I turn the volume on. For Grunt Lurkers I can understand how annoying it must be to get ads and you not even typing in chat. (Only time I honestly talk in chat is when we playing video games or its Friday )

I love Dontai personally and I usually agree with his stance on things but for the beginning about it being difficult: While it may be harder THAN it looks, you can't possibly compare scraping by with a regular, shitty job that you have to wake up and follow a set schedule for TO streaming when and where you want. No customer service, no prior education requirements and you have a mostly supportive audience. They're not the same.

People gotta understand wether you think it’s legitimate work or not is up to you but streaming for multiple hours a day everyday takes a toll. Shoutout to Dontai and all the other streamers that keep us entertained I hope to achieve the same thing one day.

Yeah, it is definitely hard to stream and make videos, and the thing that makes it even harder is when you have a schedule and people expects you to upload or stream at that time, its stressful and it makes me where I don't even want to make videos any more, I'm probably not, I feel like I would fit in to streaming more but I don't have the equipment probably in the future but right now I think I'm going to call it wraps for making videos.

i can agree with this i cant relate with huge numbers like millions but back then when i posted on Instagram I got huge number 1k+ views likes and story views and 100 people follow it got to the point where i got obsessed with numbers rising that i posted everysingle day 3 times (i posted like memes and stuff i never like my personal life to interfere with my personal life) 4 years later i got banned i made 2 pages after that and they blew up but since Instagram / Facebook gave new rules and when it became more for children/sensitive people i couldn't do it so the final time i got banned that's when i woke and said yk what naw i need a break bro when i tell you that break helped me so much to reconnect with friends workout get myself together it felt so good i got more calm more controlling and overall just better than my old self ( i can agree with dontai this internet life is stressful/ even tho i can never compare frfr because i never had millions of followers)
